2. Free Consultation
Schedule a free consultation with a Ciba surgeon. Consultations can be by phone or a video call. (A Ciba patient-coordinator will help with all the details.
3. Book an Appointment
Schedule a surgery date.
4. Deposit
Make a $500 USD deposit to secure a surgery date at our Ciba Hospital in Tijuana, Mexico.
5. Book a Flight
Book a flight on an airline (read over our travel instructions (link to travel instructions) for flight/ground transportation details).
6. Pre-Op Diet
Start our physician-prescribed Ciba pre-op diet ( Nutritional guidelines prior to surgery link).
7. Arrival
Arrive in San Diego prior to surgery.
8. Surgery Day!
9. Rest and Recovery
10. Home
Travel back home, and start enjoying a new, healthier lifestyle.
